Catamount Lane:
Residents are responsible for gas, electric, and cable/internet.

Ethan Allen Apartments:
Heat, hot water, electric, trash, recycling, compost, and sewer are included. Internet is the resident’s responsibility.

Catamount Lane:
Storage cages are available for rent (subject to availability):

• 4x4: $50/month
• 8x4: $85/month

Ethan Allen:
Storage may be available upon request and is subject to availability.

Yes. A maximum of two pets are allowed per apartment.

• $250 deposit per pet
• $60 monthly pet rent per pet
• ESA and service animals are not subject to fees
• No breed or weight restrictions

All applicants over the age of 18 must submit their own application with a credit and background check fee. Be Prepared to include:

• Valid government-issued photo ID 
• Provide verifiable income (typically 2 recent pay stubs)
• Complete all required fields for processing

Incomplete applications will not be processed.

Applications are typically processed within 48–72 hours once all required documents are received.

Once your application is submitted:

• The unit is removed from the website
• Your application is reviewed and processed
• You will receive an update within 48–72 hours
• If approved, next steps will be provided for scheduling a tour and signing a lease agreement

Yes. One off-street parking space is included with each apartment home at both Catamount Lane and Ethan Allen Apartments. An additional space may be available upon request for an additional fee, located in the Barnes Ave lot (pending availability).
